Amy Metz Williams
From a very young age, it was always a dream of Amy's to write a children’s book one day. She just didn’t realize it would take over a decade of painful infertility and an extremely unexpected opportunity to adopt to help realize that calling. The addition of her own Custom Made Kid™ in 2012 stirred the desire to explain to her new daughter, in terms she and other children could understand, both the concept of adoption and our identity in Christ.
Custom Made Kid™ isn't about perfect kids, perfect people or perfect families. It's about a perfect God who knows what (and who!) is best for each of us. All children, she says, are "custom made” by God and created for a unique purpose.
